Graduation of an International PhD student of Physiotherapy at the International campus of Tehran University of Medical Sciences
Rabiya Noor, a PhD student of Physiotherapy at the International campus of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, has defended her thesis titled: “Effects of exercise on Joint Position sense, Motor Control Strategies on Knee Joint (weight bearing) and Wrist Joint (non-weight bearing) during Menstruation in Pakistani Females” on 26th of January 2019. Prof. Mohammadreza Hadian and Prof. Gholamreza Olyaei were her supervisors and Prof. Saeed Talebian was her advisor. Dr. Rabiya Noor has published 2 articles during her PhD studies and has 4 more articles ready to be published.
It should be noted that Prof. Esmaeil Ebrahimi, professor of physiotherapy at Iran University of Medical Sciences, Prof. Asghar Rezasoltani, professor of physiotherapy at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Prof. Hossein Bagheri and Prof. Azadeh Shadmehr, professors of the department of physiotherapy of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were referees of the defence committee. Additionally, Prof. Azadeh Shadmehr, vice dean for international affairs and the representative of International campus, Dr. Khanmohammadi, the secretary of post-graduate studies, faculty members of the school and post graduate students have participated in the defence session.
